1 lb. Fiesty's Mexican Chorizo Sausage
1 32 oz. Velveeta Cheese, cubed
1 16 oz. thick & chunky salsa (or Rotel)
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. cumin, ground
Remove sausage from casing, crumble in a skillet and brown. Place on paper towel to drain grease. Place cubed Velveeta Cheese in a bowl and microwave on high, stirring every two minutes until melted. Stir in salsa (or Rotel), spices and cooked Fiesty's chorizo. Return to microwave and reheat until everything is thoroughly heated.
Serve with your favorite chips! Also great drizzled over BBQ pulled pork nachos.
